Computer Diagnosis and Repair Fixing problems directly related to your connection (ie. Initial Setup, fixing incorrect network settings, removing old ISP software) is free of charge for all existing customers provided the computer can be brought in to our office. We do have modems and network cards for sale. Call for Pricing We do recommend that we install the modem as we can update the drivers and tweak the modem so that it works optimally with your system. Computer "Tune-up" - $75.00 Includes virus scan with AVG Antivirus or existing virus scan program We use Spybot and AdAware plus other more advanced techniques to remove spyware that causes popup ads and slows down your connection plus a tune-up of your connection settings and modem drivers to ensure the best quality connection. Since spyware can infect Windows profiles seperately, the $75 fee is for up to 3 Windows profiles. Additional profiles are $10 per profile. Installation of basic peripherals & drivers (CD-ROM, MODEM, Video Card, etc.) - $35/hr. Includes installation, setup of device in tower and removal of any old equipment. Repair of machine that isn't covered above, or problems that take more than 1 hour - $35 + $35/each additional hour Reinstallation of operating system to fix major problems call for pricing and you must have a legal copy of your operating system on CD! While we make every effort to get your computer back to you as soon as possible, we can never guarantee when it will be finished. We take computers on a first-come first-serve basis and the time required to remove spyware and viruses varies greatly depending on the computer and virus involved.
